Bad Boy Sandy

This pleasant and likeable good old boy is actually a snake. Sandy is a thief and con man, who will take you for whatever he can, and steal the rest. The neighborhood he was living in actually put out flyers, with his picture and warnings. After shooting him jacking off, Sandy disappeared.
